 Fix ts_ls init failing when mason bundles TypeScript 7 
mason's typescript-language-server now pulls typescript@latest (7.x, the
Go rewrite), which ships no tsserver.js, so ts_ls fails with 'Could not
find a valid TypeScript installation' in any project without its own
TS 5. Pass a TS <= 6 tsserver found on PATH as tsserver.fallbackPath,
and use the same lib dir as astro's tsdk instead of a stale ~/.nvm path.
